What if your body could become something other than what you think it is?
A rock, a tree, water, a bird, a creature without a name?
In this workshop, we will explore the body and the mind as a space of transformation. We will learn to listen to the present moment and to allow ourselves to be permeable to the world, so that it can move through us and transform our physical presence. Through explorations of bodily sensations, facial expression, and imagination, we will enter unfamiliar territories, discovering ways of being that emerge from the unknown.
What happens when we stop trying to move and allow ourselves to be moved? What happens when we dance from a sense of wonder, from a question mark, and encounter the body as something other than what we know?
No previous experience required.
